We’re launching a brand-new TikTok channel, and we’re looking for a creative, resourceful Videographer, Editor & Content Executive to help us build it from the ground up.

You’ll work directly with our TikTok Sales & Growth Lead to develop the visual identity, content strategy, and creative process that will define our TikTok presence. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll turn products into stories, trends into sales, and a blank account into a fast-growing, revenue-driving channel.

Key Duties:

1. Content Creation

• Shoot, edit, and publish short-form TikTok videos that educate, entertain, and sell.
• Turn our products into engaging stories using trending sounds, styles, and authentic creator energy.
• Produce a mix of high-quality and UGC-style content optimised for TikTok performance.
• Manage on-set lighting, sound, and visual setup for daily content production.

2. Live Shopping & Streaming

• Plan, operate, and optimise TikTok Live shopping sessions in collaboration with the Sales & Growth Lead.
• Prepare run-of-show scripts, product showcases, and live-stream setups.
• Support hosts and team members during live events to keep engagement and conversions high.

3. Strategy & Growth

• Work with the TikTok Sales & Growth Lead to define and execute TikTok content strategy, from posting cadence and tone to creative direction and testing frameworks.
• Help develop systems for content planning, performance tracking, and continuous optimisation.
• Analyse video performance, identify top-performing ideas, and propose new formats to scale.
• Contribute creative input to campaigns, influencer collaborations, and product launches.

4. Creative Collaboration

• Partner with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to align TikTok content with brand goals.
• Stay on top of emerging TikTok trends, effects, and creator tactics to keep our channel ahead of the curve.
• Bring fresh ideas, energy, and an experimental mindset to every stage of the creative process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience creating TikTok or short-form social content (portfolio or TikTok account required).
• Strong skills in videography and editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
• Understanding of TikTok algorithm behaviour, trend cycles, and engagement best practices.
• Experience running or supporting TikTok Live events preferred.
• Excellent sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual detail.
• Self-starter with strong organisational and communication skills.

Desirable skills:

• Comfortable on camera or experienced guiding on-screen talent.
• Motion graphics or light animation skills (CapCut, After Effects, Canva).
• Familiarity with e-commerce, TikTok Shop, or social commerce platforms.
• Product styling, photography, or creative direction experience.

Pay: Up to £28,000.00 per year
