StoryMachine is a 2017-founded agency with the focus on strategic storytelling for Brands, Personalities, and political institutions.
The basis of our integrated storytelling is journalistically and completely data-driven. We consider Social Channels not isolated, but highlight their strengths and peculiarities and bring them to the advantage of our clients.
Our office is located in an old Varieté-Theater right in the heart of Berlin. There you'll find unique character heads as colleagues and receive fresh perspectives from the political-, economic- and media-world at regular training sessions in our internal Academies.
About the Position
We are looking for a person who represents StoryMachine in the TikTok area both internally and externally as an expert.
You develop TikTok as a competence field for us, design strategies, formats, and best practices and will be the central point of contact for everything related to TikTok, both internally and in consulting our clients.
This role offers you a lot of self-responsibility, scope for design and the opportunity to shape TikTok at StoryMachine.
Your Tasks
➡️ TikTok Strategy & Build – You develop sustainable TikTok strategies for our clients and implement them independently.
➡️ Content Expertise – You identify trends, formats, and opportunities on TikTok and lead creative and strategic recommendations from there.
➡️ Consulting Clients – You advise companies at an expert level on channel setup, content strategies, and best practices.
➡️ Production & Implementation – You plan, shoot, and edit TikTok content independently
➡️ Format & Concept Development – You develop scalable video and storytelling formats that perform on TikTok.
➡️ Analysis & Optimization – You monitor KPIs, draw learnings from there and optimize strategies data-based.
➡️ Cross-Departmental Collaboration – You work closely with the editorial team, design, consulting, and data.
