We're looking for a dynamic Creative Short Form Video Writer to craft captivating ideas and scripts that go viral all day, every day. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our next hit video, dreaming up unique, engaging content that resonates with audiences and keeps them coming back for more. If you have a knack for storytelling, a passion for social media trends, and the ability to think outside the box, we want you on our team!

Are you obsessed with Instagram Reels, TikTok, and short-form content? Can you dream up skits, lists, and memes that rack up millions of views? This is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop the framework for original, high-performing viral short-form videos.
• Collaborate with the content creator to bring ideas to life in a way that feels authentic and engaging.
• Lead brainstorming and writing sessions to produce funny, relatable, meme-worthy content.
• Research trends, memes, and strategies to stay ahead of the Instagram algorithm.
• Optimize content for maximum retention and shares.

• Advanced / Fluent english
• You’re obsessed with short-form video content—whether it’s creating or endlessly scrolling through Reels and TikTok.
• You can pitch creative, clear, and concise ideas and visualize them in detail.
• A self-starter mentality: you thrive working independently but also enjoy collaborating with a team.
• A solid understanding of social media algorithms, viral tactics, and creator branding.
• A great sense of humor, relatability, and a fun personality—you’re not afraid to push creative boundaries.

We Offer:

• Work from home
• Base pay of 1,500 USD/month after the trial period.
• Performance-based bonuses: our average Short-Form Manager earns 2,000 USD/month, and top performers achieve 3,000–4,000 USD/month.
• A fully online role with flexible hours (40–45 hours per week).
