TikTok & Social Commerce Lead (m/w/d)

We know how marketplaces work as an Amazon agency. Now we're taking the next step. In this new key position, you won't just be responsible for a few ads. You'll be the architect of our TikTok Core. You connect performance marketing, creator structures, and above all, the TikTok Shop to a real sales machine. You build this area from scratch and make TikTok the new scalability driver for our customers.

Tasks

• Strategy develop: You plan and build the TikTok-Shop strategy for our customers from the ground up.
• Infrastructure set up: You start from scratch. You set up the TikTok Shop technically and take over both strategic planning and operational implementation at the beginning.
• Trends use: You are our expert for TikTok. You recognize new features and trends immediately and turn them into successful sales campaigns.
• Offer establish: You make Social Commerce a fixed part of our agency's offer and set the most important KPIs.

Qualification

• Experience: Several years of experience in TikTok marketing. You have already successfully built TikTok channels or shops.
• TikTok expertise: You know the TikTok Ads Manager, the algorithm, and the technical processes around the TikTok Shop inside and out.
• Implementation strength: You don't just plan well, but also set up the technical and operational foundation in the start phase yourself.
• Data focus: You make decisions based on numbers. You can read data correctly, keep an overview, and prepare the results clearly for management.
• Self-initiative: You work completely independently, drive your topics proactively forward, and can explain complex processes simply.
