Tasks

On TikTok Shop, those who bring the right creators on board, manage them precisely, and turn viral content into real revenue win. This is exactly where your role comes in.

What your day-to-day will look like with us:

• You will be responsible for the setup, integration, and strategic consulting for our brands, thereby laying the foundation for scalable social commerce.
• You will build your own creator network, actively reach out to suitable talents via DM and email, negotiate deals, and maintain long-term relationships.
• You will ensure that measurable GMV is generated from viral content and shop integration, consistently track KPIs, and derive the next steps from them.
• You will conceptualize campaigns, write briefings that truly activate creators, and coordinate content productions to ensure quality and timing are met.
• You will keep track of all client to-dos, manage timelines, and advise your clients at eye level.

Qualifications

What sets you apart:

• Initial practical experience with TikTok Shop, in influencer marketing, creator management, or affiliate marketing, and a good feel for how to win and retain people for collaboration.
• Confident communication skills with clients and other departments.
• Understanding of KPIs in social commerce.
• Proactive attitude; you identify open points and take ownership without being asked.
• Independent, structured way of working and solution-oriented thinking.
• Desire for continuous learning and expanding your expertise.
• Fluent German language skills (C1) for collaboration with our clients.
