the task

• Creator Sourcing & Onboarding:
  • You identify and win new Creators per month – matching the brand, target group, and product
  • You steer the entire onboarding process: from the first contact to the contract processing until the first posting
  • You have a feel for which Creator fits which brand – and which doesn't
• Creator Management & Kommunikation:
  • You are the central point of contact for several affiliates at once – you keep the relationship warm, give clear feedback, and ensure that Creators perform
  • You create briefings that inform Creators not only but really activate them
  • You coordinate content productions and ensure that output quality and timelines match
• Campaign Management:
  • You plan, set up, and evaluate different campaigns for your customers
  • You translate viral hits on TikTok Shop into your campaigns
• Projekt- & Account Management:
  • You have all the To Do's for our TikTok Shop customers in sight and can implement them together with the TikTok Shop team consisting of Franzi as lead and Emelie and Laurin in Creator management
  • You keep the timelines in check and ensure that the customer is informed and advised at every step
  • You establish new standards and can implement them for your customers
  • You have the KPIs of your projects in sight, set up reports, and can present them internally and externally – and above all derive measures from them
• Performance & Optimierung:
  • You track the performance of your Creators consistently: GMV, Affiliate-Sales – and know what the numbers mean
  • You lead measures, optimize the Creator setup continuously, and scale what works
  • You bring your learnings structured into the team and develop new standards together

• First experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Management or Affiliate Marketing – you know how to activate people and bind them long-term
• No TikTok Shop background necessary – but genuine interest in the platform and how Creators commerce works
• Organisation talent: You keep an overview, even when managing multiple Creators, brands, and deadlines at once
• Communication strength – you can communicate with Creators on eye level as well as with customers professionally
• Data affinity: You work with numbers and use them to make better decisions
• Hands-on mentality – you don't wait for instructions, but take action
