Job description
We are growth partners for over 100 of the largest German B2C brands such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox and are currently looking for Creator Managers for TikTok Shop (m/f/d).
As a Creator Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the development and implementation of creative concepts with creators on TikTok Shop.
Remote possible. Flexible working hours and attractive compensation await you.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for the creator processes for top brands in DACH
- Creation of scripts & concepts
- Close collaboration with the founders
- Analysis of KPIs and continuous optimization of assets
- Top 1% Creative Training worth €100k+
Qualifications
- Demonstrable experience in Creative Strategy – ideally in an agency or brand environment
- Good feel for social media trends & best performers
- Strong communication skills and a genuine feel for people
- Full availability and the willingness to go the extra mile
