TikTok & Reels Content Creator (Minijob/Werkstudent) (m/w/d)

We develop high-performance spot and special cleaners with honest ingredients and real effectiveness.

We are looking for support in the TikTok, Instagram Reels & Shortform-Content area.

We are not looking for glossy advertising and no classical marketing agency, but someone with a sense of authentic content, creative hooks, and simple, genuine videos with impact.

Ideal for students, creative part-time workers or content creators who want to become visible together with a growing brand.

Tasks

• Creation and editing of TikToks, Instagram Reels & Shortform-Content
• Development of simple hook ideas and creative video formats
• Cutting of smartphone videos with CapCut or similar tools
• Creation of before/after content and product demos
• Simple voice overs, subtitles, and trend adaptations
• Support in building our social media presence
• Gathering and structuring of content ideas and video assets
• Testing new Reel and TikTok formats

Qualification

• Interest in TikTok, Instagram Reels & Social Media Trends
• Familiarity with CapCut or similar editing programs
• Sense for authentic, attention-grabbing content
• Creativity, self-initiative, and willingness to try out new ideas
• Reliable and independent working style
• No perfectionism necessary – genuine & natural videos are more important to us than high-gloss content

Optional:

• Experience with Canva, voice overs or AI tools
• First experience with TikTok-, Reel- or UGC-content
• Interest in sustainable products & honest brand communication
