Tiktok/ Reels - Content Creator for Short-Form-Video (m/w/d)

We are growth partners for over 100 of Germany's largest B2C brands, such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox, and are currently looking for Creative Strategists (m/w/d).

As a Creative Strategist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative concepts along the entire creative process and actively shaping the further development of the brand.

We are seeking: Full-time, 40 hours per week. You can expect flexible working hours as well as an attractive remuneration.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the creative process for top brands in DACH
• Creation of scripts for organic content, advertisements, and campaigns
• Closely working with founders
• Analyzing KPIs and continuous optimization of assets
• Top 1% Creative Training worth €100k+

Qualification

• Demonstrable experience in the field of social media marketing – ideally in an agency or brand environment
• A good sense for social media trends & best performers
• Strong communicative skills and a genuine sense for people
• Full availability and the willingness to go the extra mile
