Tiktok/ Reels - Content Creator for Short-Form-Video (m/w/d)

We are growth partners for over 100 of Germany's largest B2C brands such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox and are currently looking for Creative Strategists (m/w/d).

As a Creative Strategist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the development and implementation of creative concepts along the entire creative process and actively shape the further development of the brand.

Remote possible. You can expect flexible working hours as well as an attractive remuneration.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the creative process for top brands in DACH
• Creation of scripts for organic content, advertisements, and campaigns
• Closely working with founders
• Analysis of KPIs and continuous optimization of assets
• Top 1% Creative Training worth €100k+

Qualification

• Demonstrable experience in the field of Social Media Marketing – ideally in an agency or brand environment
• A good feeling for social media trends & best performers
• Strong communicative skills and a genuine sense for people
• Full availability and the willingness to go the extra mile
