Tasks

1. Moderation of the livestream: You will lead the stream safely and confidently, explain content clearly, and keep the main thread.
2. Active interaction with the community: You'll engage in the live chat, answer questions, respond to comments, and foster exchange with viewers.
3. Presentation of contents: You will present products, themes, or guests authentically, sympathetically, and convincingly.
4. Maintaining the mood: You'll ensure a positive, lively atmosphere and keep viewers engaged even in quieter phases.
5. Professional appearance: You'll react calmly and solution-oriented to technical problems, mistakes, or unexpected situations.
6. Zieloriented moderation: You will keep stream goals (e.g., reach, engagement, sales) in mind and adjust your moderation accordingly.

Qualification

• Safe, sympathetic appearance before the camera
• Communication strength and joy in direct interaction with viewers
• Interest in beauty, social media, and TikTok trends
• Sales talent or willingness to actively present products
