Current situation
As a result of the task shift for the P&C cycle, there is a need for temporary support.

We expect the temporary employee to work together with the other financial advisor for the physical domain to shape the advisory role towards the organization and within their own department. And actively work to improve internal project management further.

The candidate is analytical and process-oriented strong. Additionally, the candidate can also function as a content-based sparring partner and is positively critical and able to connect the dots.

In connection with the Wet Deregulering Arbeidsverhoudingen (Wet DBA), it has been assessed whether there is an employment contract if a ZZPer were to acquire the assignment. Since there is a significant risk of a power relationship and free replacement of the hired-in force is not desirable/realistic, the Tendering Service is of the opinion that the risk of an employment contract is too high. Therefore, a ZZPer cannot register directly for this assignment. The term ZZPer does not cover everything. For example, a BV is also understood to mean a company that wants to detach its director/great shareholder (DGA) without there being a power relationship between the BV and the detached person. If a ZZPer wants to come into consideration for this assignment, it is possible via detachment where the detaching agency does not only have a cashier function. The detaching agency must then submit an offer. Another possibility to directly qualify for the assignment is to take up employment with a detaching agency or payroll company that submits the bid. This detaching agency or payroll company should already be registered in the DAS at the time of publication of this assignment. A ZZPer/DGA as mentioned above cannot register itself/directly for the assignment.

• Work experience The candidate has recent experience with the P&C cycle at a municipality. Verifiable via CV
• Knowledge The candidate has recent relevant knowledge of BBV. Verifiable via CV
• Work experience The candidate has at least 2 years of recent experience in financial advising for (parts) of the physical domain at a municipality. Verifiable via CV

• Availability The candidate is available from the start date for 36 hours per week.
• Work experience Show that you have specific experience within the physical domain (projects such as infrastructure and municipal real estate).
• Work experience The candidate has long-term recent verifiable work experience (more than 2 years) as a financial advisor for the physical domain at a municipality. Show this clearly and highlight it in your CV.
