Job description
As a TIBCO Middleware Specialist, you will:

- Build, verify, and deploy software solutions.
- Perform upgrades of existing software.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues.
- Configure Linux and Wintel environments.
- Construct and deploy new TIBCO processes.
- Decommission legacy TIBCO processes.
- Support migration projects and create new file transfers.
- Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile Scrum practices.
- 6–8 years of proven experience in TIBCO BWCE and TIBCO 6.x (with additional exposure to BW 5.x).
- Strong skills in YAML, Java, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP/REST Web Services, JSON, XML, UML.
- Hands-on experience in Azure (preferred).
- Knowledge of SOA, ESB, and Enterprise Integration architectures.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk (Dashboards, Alerts) and Dynatrace.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps methodologies, and cloud deployment practices.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills, including thread dump and memory analysis.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset, ownership, and passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Configure and support Linux and Wintel systems.
- Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade integration solutions securely.
- Work with TIBCO EMS, FTL, eFTL, Mashery, Administrator, Hawk, Adapters, and plugins (plus).
- Develop and manage APIs using tools such as Mashery, Apigee, or Kong.
- Collaborate in a team-driven environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Work effectively in dynamic environments, balancing stress and deadlines.
