Job description

As a TIBCO Middleware Specialist, you will:

What You Bring to the Table:

6–8 years of proven experience in TIBCO BWCE and TIBCO 6.x (with additional exposure to BW 5.x).
Strong skills in YAML, Java, JavaScript, SQL, SOAP/REST Web Services, JSON, XML, UML.
Hands-on experience in Azure (preferred).
Knowledge of SOA, ESB, and Enterprise Integration architectures.
Experience with monitoring tools such as Splunk (Dashboards, Alerts) and Dynatrace.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools, DevOps methodologies, and cloud deployment practices.
Excellent troubleshooting skills, including thread dump and memory analysis.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive mindset, ownership, and passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.

You should possess the ability to:

Configure and support Linux and Wintel systems.
Design, implement, and support enterprise-grade integration solutions securely.
Work with TIBCO EMS, FTL, eFTL, Mashery, Administrator, Hawk, Adapters, and plugins (plus).
Develop and manage APIs using tools such as Mashery, Apigee, or Kong.
Collaborate in a team-driven environment with strong organizational and time management skills.
Work effectively in dynamic environments, balancing stress and deadlines.
