Job description
Restaurant Manager Job-Type: Full-Time Salary: $65,037 to $80,000 per annum Location: NT Job Responsibilities: Attend and actively participate in weekly Head of Department meetings respecting the confidentiality of issues which may be discussed formally or informally. Manage the service of food and beverage within the restaurant, bar, room service and conferencing, outside catering area. Ensure cleaning and maintenance of outlets, work areas, tableware, utensils and other materials and equipment. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation. Monitor and control labor costs, inventory levels and cash handling. Develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction, increasing sales and enhancing the overall dining experience. Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with guests, colleagues and external stakeholders.
