Third Rail Team Leader (M/F)

The Third Rail Team Leader manages a third rail installation team and is responsible for executing installation plans and ensuring the quality of work performed. As such, he/she will be required to perform the following tasks:

• Ensure the accuracy of installation plans with the site manager
• Manage the Third Rail team
• Assign roles based on the profiles of his/her team members
• Ensure installation pace
• Report any anomalies or uncertainties during installation
• Strictly adhere to installation plans without any unvalidated adaptations
• Ensure proper maintenance and correct placement of third rail components
• Ensure quality standards are respected at all times
• Ensure the site is clean and tidy
• Ensure work teams move correctly on the site
• Report any repeated EHS failures and incidents on the site

A safety induction is conducted upon arrival on site, and weekly EHS briefings are organized. The Team Leader is responsible for strictly applying EHS rules to himself/herself and his/her entire team on their work site and during travel to the site. Any failure to comply with EHS rules will be immediately sanctioned and may lead to termination in case of a serious or repeated offense.
