Job description
You will contribute to elaborating designs for thermal and fluid dynamic architectures of mechatronic and optical components, taking into account performance, timing, and costs, already in the early development phase. You will develop models and methods for system identification and control of thermal systems in microlithography equipment. As a Systems Engineer, you will develop concepts and verify them using simulations (1D/3D) and define tests for design verification and model validation. Your work will take place in close coordination with interdisciplinary teams consisting of internal and external developers, service providers, and suppliers. An important part of this is the creation and coordination of requirements in close contact with all relevant stakeholders, as well as the creation of development documents. As part of industrialization, another task is to ensure design verification, manufacturability and integrability, as well as risk management. Within a mechatronics team, you will represent your assigned topics to development projects and customers. The activity is embedded in a development network consisting of customers, external partners from the high-tech industry, and research institutions. A very good university degree in aerospace engineering, mechatronics, cybernetics, process engineering, mechanical engineering, or physics with professional experience from industry and science. Deep knowledge in the theory of numerical modeling, system identification, reduction, and control of thermal systems. Several years of experience in the thermal and thermoelastic design of components as well as in programming and application of CFD, FE, in ANSYS, Matlab, and Python. An independent and systematic way of working as well as very good organizational and communication skills. Enjoy working as part of an interdisciplinary team in a highly dynamic environment. Very good organizational, communication, and presentation skills for tasks and work results. Very good English skills, both written and spoken. Valuable insights into a world-renowned company as well as participation in innovative and future-oriented projects. Attractive career and development opportunities. With our many years of recruitment experience and our knowledge of the engineering personnel market, we offer specialists and managers from engineering and the technical environment a strong partnership. Because through our intensive relationships and networks across all industrial sectors, we provide you as an engineering professional with exciting projects and attractive positions. Entirely according to your interests and depending on your experience and qualifications. You will benefit from professional support from the initial contact to the start of your new project or position - and of course, completely free of charge. Register and look forward to interesting and suitable positions and projects.
