Thermal ATC Engineer
Job description
Job Description: Design, develop, and optimize active thermal control systems, including pumped fluid loops, cold plates, and heat exchangers, to meet performance and reliability requirements. Perform thermal and flow analysis using SolidWorks Flow Simulation and SolidWorks Simulation to validate designs and support product development. Support prototyping, testing, and validation of thermal systems, including the use of thermal sensors, heaters, TECs, and thermal interface materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design and performance requirements are met. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and test reports. Provide technical support for product development, testing, and validation activities. Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
