Job description
The Lizard Centre, one of Australia’s leading providers of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) services for children with autism and developmental delays, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Therapy Supervisor to join our team in Camberwell, VIC.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families by leading a team of therapists and delivering evidence-based early intervention programs in a supportive and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of Therapy Assistants and Behaviour Therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualised behavioural intervention programs for children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs.
- Conduct regular progress assessments and modify programs as required.
- Provide parent training and guidance to support consistent skill development at home.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in line with organisational and clinical standards.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Supervisors, Psychologists, and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Providing child-focused and family- centred therapy support, individualised to each child.
- Consistently achieving positive and measurable outcomes for the children and families which you support.
- Engaging with other allied therapists, support workers, educators and health professionals in a keyworker approach.
Compliance with company policies and operating procedures
- Understanding and complying with company policies, including professional boundaries, confidentiality, IT security and conflict of interest.
- Following Lizard billing guidelines in order to ensure ethical and legal billing practices.
- Correct use of operating systems including Carelink for scheduling sessions and DIGI for clinical practice.
