Job description
Lizard Centre, a leader in early intervention services, is seeking an experienced Therapy Supervisor to join our dedicated team in Sydney. We specialise in delivering high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) programs for children with developmental delays and autism spectrum disorder.
As a Therapy Supervisor, you will oversee therapy programs, support families, and lead a team of therapists to deliver life-changing outcomes for children.

As a Therapy Supervisor, you will oversee therapy programs, support families, and lead a team of therapists to deliver life-changing outcomes for children.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage therapy programs tailored to individual client needs.
- Provide training, coaching, and ongoing support to therapy staff.
- Conduct regular assessments, progress reviews, and program updates.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and other professionals to support client development.
- Ensure therapy delivery aligns with best practice standards and Lizard Centre’s values.
- Contribute to staff development, program innovation, and service quality improvement.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related discipline.
- Previous experience in ABA therapy, early intervention, or disability support (supervisory experience highly desirable).
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
