Therapeutic Strategy Head - Neuroscience

We’re looking for a seasoned Neuroscience ACE (Allucent Center of Expertise) Therapeutic Strategy Head to join our A-team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for shaping and driving our organization’s Neuroscience strategy, integrating scientific, operational, and commercial perspectives to ensure the successful capture and delivery of Neuroscience trials. With your expertise, you will bridge therapeutic insight with the ability to work with internal SMEs to create differentiated strategic opportunities for our clients in the Neuroscience space. What you'll do: * Lead the development and execution of the Neuroscience therapeutic strategy, aligning with overall business objectives. * Provide expert therapeutic and scientific guidance on Neuroscience to the organization and to our clients. * Collaborate with internal SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to develop innovative solutions and enhance our service offerings in Neuroscience. * Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in Neuroscience. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other industry stakeholders in the Neuroscience field. * Support business development efforts by providing strategic input and contributing to client proposals and presentations. * Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Neuroscience research and drug development. * Identify and evaluate potential partnerships and collaborations to expand our capabilities in Neuroscience. * Develop and deliver training programs and educational materials on Neuroscience for internal teams. * Represent the organization at industry conferences, meetings, and events.
