Technical Product Intern

The Renault Group is seeking an intern to be placed within the After Sales Business & Quality department of Renault Italia, inside the Tech Line team that supports mechanics in all of Italy on a daily basis for diagnosing and resolving technical issues with our customers' vehicles. This is a unique training experience where you will have the opportunity to apply your engineering skills, confront real cases from various sources, including customer complaints, vehicle data, and technical documentation. You will work closely with experienced professionals who will guide you through the process of analyzing and solving complex problems. The goal is to develop your problem-solving skills, creativity, and ability to work in a team.
