Due to our strong growth, we are looking for theater-, culture- and music educators (m/w/d) to join our team. As a Stepke KiTa educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing creative and engaging activities for children aged 3-6 years. Your tasks will include developing and leading workshops, creating and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the group, and collaborating with colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and initiatives to our educational concept.
