TGT Social Studies

Position: TGT Social Studies (Classes VI–VIII) Key Responsibilities: Teach Social Studies subjects including History, Geography, Civics, Political Science, and Economics to students of Classes VI–VIII. Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes. Use innovative teaching methodologies, including maps, charts, presentations, case studies, projects, smart boards, and activity-based learning. Conduct assessments, examinations, assignments, and evaluations to measure student progress and understanding. Develop and maintain a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, inclusivity, and diversity. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, resources, and expertise. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on curriculum changes. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and behavior. Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations.
