In the TGA, improvisation often occurs – at our company, standardization takes place. The German Reihenhaus builds 750 residential units per year with industrial precision. We are looking for a head who will strategically plan and optimize the building services (series production / row houses) for our offices in Küln and Kaiserslautern.

Aufgaben

The Standard-Setter for Building Services You will work project-independent. This means: Your planning is the blueprint for hundreds of residential units.

• System Planning: You plan the TGA trades termin-, cost-, and quality-guaranteed as a basis for our nationwide projects.
• Standardization: You maintain and update the Master-Ausschreibungsunterlagen. Your detailed solutions ensure that everything fits on the construction site.
• Purchasing & Economy:
  You support in negotiating framework agreements, maintain production costs, and optimize our products continuously technically and economically.
• Quality Assurance: You define quality targets and ensure that our TGA solutions meet the price and performance targets.

Qualification

You are a TGA specialist with a focus on the big picture – regardless of whether you come from theory or practice.

• Background: You have studied civil engineering or are a state-certified technician/master with comprehensive planning experience.
• Mindset: You think in processes and standards. You don't want to reinvent the wheel every time, but construct the perfect wheel.
• Skills: You are proficient in AVA-Software (specification), CAD, and MS Office. You can calculate costs and solve technical details.
• Persönlichkeit:
  You negotiate skillfully with manufacturers (framework agreements), work structured, and are a true team player in our planning group.
