Tetra Operator

We are looking for a candidate for food manufacturing company located in Haryana, is looking for skilled and motivated Tetra Operators to join our production team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the operation and maintenance of Tetra Pak machinery used in the production of our beverage products.


Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities :1. Operate and monitor PLS or Leiwest machines for product packaging.2. Ensure the proper functioning of the machine throughout the production process.3. Perform routine checks, cleaning, and maintenance of the equipment.4. Perform strip changes and reel changes in the machines.5. Troubleshoot minor faults and ensure minimal downtime.6. Maintain accurate records of production and operational parameters.7. Follow safety standards and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.8. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets.9. Adhere to quality control standards to ensure high-quality products.10. Assist in inventory management of raw materials and consumables for packaging.Requirements :1. Minimum 2-4 years of experience.2. Hands-on knowledge and experience in performing strip changes and reel changes in machines.3. Basic knowledge of machine operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.5. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.6. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from supervisors.
