Test Manager (m/f/d) for Test Automation

As a Test Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of complex software solutions. You will plan and steer test activities, coordinate test teams, and ensure that requirements are structured tested and reliably implemented. In this role, you will work closely with developers, project leaders, and our customers from strategy to successful live deployment.

Tasks

• Consulting our customers on the establishment of modern test management and automation methods
• Accompanying all phases of software testing, including the development of test methods and standards
• Creating test concepts & test scenarios, as well as being responsible for planning and organizing test activities
• Evaluating and documenting test results, as well as coordinating with customers
• Leading & coordinating agile test teams
• BUILDING & USING TEST AUTOMATION TOOLS FOR SCALABILITY OF TESTS

Qualification

• Experience in conceiving and implementing test strategies, as well as leading agile test teams
• Analytical & conceptual skills within software testing or test management (according to the ISTQB standard)
• Knowledge of software development or programming, as well as experience with test management and automation tools such as Cucumber, X-Ray/Jira, Selenium, Robot, Playwright, Tosca.
• Prior experience in the financial services industry is desirable
• A self-reliant and structured work style, as well as the ability to empathetic communication
• Fluent German skills (at least C1)
