Testmanager Software and Systemtests (m/w/d) sought – Full-time | Munich

We are looking for you to join our partner company in Munich as „Testmanager Software and Systemtests (m/w/d)“.

Tasks

• You plan, control, and monitor all test activities within software and system projects and ensure a high product quality
• You create test concepts and specifications, coordinate the execution of tests, and evaluate the results achieved
• In addition, you analyze test coverage and error patterns, track measures taken and develop the test strategy continuously further
• You align test activities with project teams, customers, and users and accompany customer acceptance until successful release
• Furthermore, you prepare test results, create informative reports, and coordinate cross-sectional test activities

Qualification

• A completed degree in computer science, business informatics, software engineering or a comparable qualification serves as the foundation
• Ideal candidates have professional experience as a test manager (m/w/d), IT test manager (m/w/d), test engineer (m/w/d) or software quality manager (m/w/d)
• You possess several years of experience in managing complex distributed systems and planning, executing, and evaluating software tests
• In addition, knowledge of automated testing, working with test management tools, and ideally an ISTQB certification in the field of test management are desirable
• Good communication skills, team ability, analytical thinking, willingness to travel, and very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking are essential
