As Testmanager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the quality assurance in complex projects in the banking field – with a focus on KI-gestützte Anwendungen in the investment advisory. You plan, coordinate, and control all test activities from concept to evaluation. While keeping track of test progress, risks, regulatory requirements, and quality targets.

In the context of data-driven and learning systems, you will develop test strategies further and ensure that also non-deterministic applications are tested in a way that is comprehensible, robust, and compliance-conform.

Aufgaben

Classic Test Management:

• Planung, Steuerung und Überwachung aller Testaktivitäten including test strategy, test concept, and test plan
• Execution of Release-, System- und Regressionstests
• Coordination with Development, Department, and Product Owner
• Monitoring des Testfortschritts, Fehler-Tracking und Reporting
• Maintenance of Testfälle, Testdaten und Testberichten
• Satisfaction of Qualitäts- und Compliance-Standards im regulierten Banken-Umfeld

In addition in the KI context:

• Adaptation of Teststrategien an KI- und ML-basierte Anwendungen
• Planning and execution of Modellvalidierungen (Genauigkeit, Robustheit, Bias-Analysen)
• Satisfaction of Transparenz, Nachvollziehbarkeit und regulatorischer Konformität (z. B. DSGVO)
• Inclusion of Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS, Azure) in test and automation processes
• Collaboration with interdisziplinären Teams aus Entwicklung, Fachbereich und Data Science

Qualifikation

• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Testmanagement im Banken- oder Finanzumfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Testkonzeption und Teststeuerung
• Verständnis von KI- und ML-Technologien sowie idealerweise Erfahrung im Testing datengetriebener Anwendungen
• Erfahrung mit Bankanwendungen wie agree21 oder OSPlus is of advantage
• Sicherer Umgang mit aqua, Jira und Confluence
• Knowledge in Testautomatisierung (Cypress, Selenium, Playwright)
• Ideal experience in Cloud-Umfeld (AWS oder Azure)
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style with high quality standards
• Erfahrung in agilen Projekten (Scrum, SAFe)
• Very good German knowledge in writing and speaking
