Responsibilities

• Testing Apps, Websites, and Digital Products: Give us feedback on functionality and user-friendliness - conveniently via interview or questionnaire.
• Participation in Studies: Create, for example, diary reports on the use of certain devices or products and thus support market research.
• Reviews and Test Purchases: Analyze online offers, shops, or advertisements. Optionally, you can also carry out test orders in your region - depending on your personal preference!

Qualifications

• Technical Equipment: Your own, functional computer or laptop (possibly also a smartphone), stable internet connection, and basic software skills
• Digital Literacy: Confident use of apps, websites, and digital tools; basic understanding of technical devices and digital products
• Work Style: Independent, self-responsible, and structured work; good time management and the ability to integrate tasks flexibly into your daily life
• Communication Skills: Clear, precise written and spoken expression to communicate feedback understandably; willingness to participate in interviews and online surveys
• Flexibility and Openness: Willingness to accept different test assignments and studies with varying requirements; adaptability to changing tasks and subject areas
• Reliability and Accuracy: Careful and conscientious execution of test tasks; an eye for detail and an analytical mindset
