Testing Lead - Capital Markets QA

Responsibilities: • Lead QA delivery for trade regulatory reporting projects at a program level. • Design, prepare, and execute test cases covering functional, regression, and UAT phases. • Validate data accuracy and completeness across upstream, downstream, and reporting systems. Oversee the defect lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis. • Collaborate with development, business, and operations teams for issue clarification and resolution. • Manage test planning, execution, and tracking of testing activities. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards. • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data. • Identify and document lessons learned from testing experiences. • Provide guidance and support to junior testers. • Participate in the development of testing strategies and methodologies. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in software testing. • Communicate testing results and findings to stakeholders. • Ensure that all testing activities are properly documented, tracked, and reported.
