About the Role You will join a dynamic team developing modern web applications in the rapidly growing iGaming industry. Our platforms are characterized by high complexity and the need to ensure scalability, security, and reliability in a highly dynamic environment. This is a product quality-focused role where your attention to detail and ability to create robust test documentation will be key. This is a role where you will have a real impact on the testing processes, with the opportunity to build them from scratch in close collaboration with development teams. Our projects are based on Vue, Node.js, PHP, and React technologies. You will join a team where we value a proactive approach and commitment to the product. In our company, you will find: * Participation in web application testing processes, based on self-created test scenarios, including end-to-end tests in cooperation with automation testers. * Cross-browser compatibility testing and application responsiveness testing on desktop and mobile devices using dedicated platforms. * Creation of complete test documentation: requirements analysis, breakdown into test cases, and creation of detailed bug reports. * Verification of the implemented interface against the graphical design (UI tests). * Support for developers during software development through comprehensive functional and regression tests – we ensure that new deployments do not break the functionality of other modules of the entire application (support for automated regression with manual tests). * Support for the team in the onboarding process of new employees. * API testing (Postman) and ensuring the quality of client-server architecture. * Support for the support department in resolving difficult cases (without customer contact). * Continuous improvement of application testing processes. Our Expectations: * Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Manual QA / Tester. * Very good ability to test web applications, including on mobile and desktop devices. * Practical ability to test APIs (e.g., Postman). * Ability to create and maintain test cases and test scenarios. * Practical knowledge of tools for inspecting HTML elements (DevTools) and browser testing (e.g., BrowserStack). * Practical knowledge of UI design tools, with a particular emphasis on Figma. * High attention to detail (so-called "eye for detail") and ability to verify the implemented interface against the graphical design (UI tests / "Pixel Perfect" verification). * Proactive approach, independence, results-orientation, logical thinking, and ability to take responsibility for assigned tasks. * Readiness to respond in critical situations outside standard working hours (each emergency hour is compensated according to internal agreements). Nice to have: * Experience in executing projects in an agile software development methodology (Scrum, Agile). * Knowledge of client-server architecture and basic SQL/MySQL. * Experience working with tools such as Jira, Asana, Slack. * Experience in the iGaming, lottery, or gambling industry. * Understanding of basic UX (User Experience) principles and willingness to provide feedback from the end-user perspective. * Teamwork skills.
