About the project For our Client from the banking sector, we are looking for a Senior Automation Tester to join the omnichannel team developing a production mobile application and internet banking. The main area of the project is the mobile application with its backend. The product is constantly developed by implementing new functionalities, modifying existing solutions, refactoring frontend/backend code, and implementing business improvements. The project is conducted using the Agile methodology, with two-week sprints. The assumed work ratio is approximately 70% automated tests and 30% manual tests. Scope of responsibilities • Automation of frontend tests, primarily using Appium, as well as Selenium. • Practical use of Appium Inspector. • Automation of backend tests using Cucumber. • API testing using Postman, RestAssured, and/or SoapUI. • Conducting performance tests using JMeter, Gatling, and/or LoadRunner. • Working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, and/or Bitbucket. • Using C# or Java in test automation. • Performing automated and manual tests in a ratio of approximately 70%/30%. Requirements • Professional experience corresponding to the Senior level. • Practical knowledge of C# or Java. • Experience in frontend test automation using Appium and Selenium, with experience in Appium being key. • Practical knowledge of Appium Inspector. • Experience in backend test automation using Cucumber. • Experience in API testing using Postman, RestAssured, and/or SoapUI. • Experience in performance testing using at least one of the tools: JMeter, Gatling, or LoadRunner. • Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, and/or Bitbucket. • Knowledge of TDD/BDD approach. • Knowledge of ISTQB. Certification is not required. • Practical knowledge of an IDE such as Rider, IntelliJ, or Visual Studio. • Basic knowledge of Jira. • Knowledge of Polish at a communicative level in speech and writing. • Knowledge of English at a level that allows working with technical documentation and understanding application code. • Willingness to work hybridly in Krakow, Gdansk, or Warsaw.
