Test UAT Coordinator with German

Test UAT Coordinator (German-speaking) Location: Hybrid, ~30% on-site Languages: German B2 (required), English C1/C2 Contract: 6 months possible extension About the Role We are looking for an experienced Test UAT Coordinator to oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple workstreams in a large-scale enterprise environment. This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to independently plan and manage UAT cycles. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring that all testing activities are properly coordinated and executed. Your responsibilities will include: • Coordinating and planning UAT cycles with cross-functional teams; • Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test scripts; • Collaborating with developers to ensure that software meets requirements and is ready for testing; • Conducting UAT sessions with end-users to validate software functionality; • Identifying and reporting defects or issues found during testing; • Providing regular status updates to stakeholders on the progress of UAT cycles. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Test UAT coordination or a related field; • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and testing methodologies; • Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills; • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities; • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); • Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies a plus.
