Test Technician

• Responsibility for performing testing of series production products according to regulations and standards.

• Responsibility for the assembly, preparation, and execution of product audit and validation tests within the allocated time according to specifications and instructions.

• Ensures that suitable test equipment is available for testing the requested products.

• Creates the evaluation and documentation of test results.

• Ensures that the report template is followed to ensure easy evaluation and clear visibility of main results/deviations.

• When deviations are found, will inform and request support from a test engineer or technical superior.

• Highlights potential problems and requests prioritization when necessary.

• Participates in solution development with the team and proposes solutions for problems.

• Ensures that the necessary consumables, fixtures, and cables are available during tests.

• Verifies and confirms if the documentation is updated.

• Updates and maintains documentation if necessary.

• Proposes improvements to documentation procedures.

• University graduate

• IT knowledge: MS-Windows, MS-Office, SAP, general computer operation knowledge and programs

• Knowledge of quality processes in the automotive sector and legal requirements.

• Analysis of technical products, electronic systems, and product audit in the automotive industry

• Knowledge of ISO/TS 16949, VDA 6.5, PPAP

English language:

• Intermediate level
