Role- Test Manager Experience- 10 yrs Job Location- Gurgoan- Work from Office The incumbent will be an experienced leader with a proven capability in leading teams and contributing to overall organizational goal attainment. The incumbent should possess extremely strong communication skills and be familiar with Insurance Industry best practices in terms of Process and Governance. Collaboration, coordination, and effective communication are essential for this role. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Test Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing testing activities across various projects. This includes developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts; conducting testing activities; and reporting on test results. The incumbent should also have experience with Agile methodologies and be familiar with tools such as JIRA, Excel, and MS Project. Additionally, the Test Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that testing is aligned with business objectives and that defects are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
