Test Manager QA Lead

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager / QA Lead to join an international Contact Center (CCaaS) environment transformation project for a corporate client. Rate: 800-900 PLN per day. The person in this position will be responsible for preparing the test strategy, planning and coordinating integration tests and UAT, defect management, assessing readiness for deployment, and ensuring the high quality of the delivered solution at every stage of the project. Requirements Experience as a Test Manager or QA Lead in IT projects. Practical knowledge of integration tests (SIT), acceptance tests (UAT), and defect management. Experience with tools such as Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, qTest, or similar. Ability to collaborate with technical and business teams. Very good command of English. Nice to have Experience in Contact Center / CCaaS projects. Knowledge of API testing and test automation. ISTQB certification.
