Tasks

Your Mission
We are looking for you as a Test Manager Communication Management (m/f/d) at the Berlin (hybrid) location.

Your tasks will include:

• You will take over the strategic planning, control, and monitoring of all test activities throughout the entire software lifecycle in regulated projects
• You will be responsible for the creation and continuous maintenance of overarching test concepts, test plans, test cases, and meaningful test reports
• You will ensure requirements-based testing and guarantee seamless traceability between requirements, test cases, and results
• You will act as the central interface to project management, the development team, and other stakeholders (such as QA and Certification) and ensure compliance with the specifications from change and configuration management

Qualification

Your Profile
You should definitely bring the following knowledge and skills with you:

• You have successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable qualification, as well as several years of experience in software test management in a safety-critical environment
• You possess in-depth knowledge of the DO-178C standard (especially DAL-D), a deep understanding of aviation-specific documentation requirements, and a structured, quality-oriented approach to work
• You are absolutely proficient in the use of common test and requirements management tools such as Jama, Jira, Xray, and Pytest
• You have solid expertise in the Linux Network Stack, Layer 3 routing protocols, and common security functions and architectures
• You are characterized by exceptional communication and coordination skills for targeted collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
• Very good spoken and written German is required for effective communication in the project environment and with our German-speaking clients
