Test Manager

As a Test Manager, you'll be responsible for all testing activities within the company. You will work closely with our engineers to ensure that all software is tested thoroughly and on time. You will also be involved in other aspects of development including requirements gathering, design reviews, and project management. Qualifications Bachelors degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field required Test Management experience - managing end-to-end testing on ERP projects That includes planning, coordinating, and executing test plans, as well as identifying and reporting defects. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all testing activities are aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives. In addition to your technical skills, you'll need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
