**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated professional to lead and oversee all testing activities within automotive system projects. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and readiness of systems for release, providing a well-founded **release recommendation** based on comprehensive test results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Develop and implement a **project-specific test strategy** aligned with customer requirements.
+ Create and manage detailed **test plans** , defining activities, timelines, and resources.
+ Coordinate and monitor **system integration** and **release testing** processes.
+ Support the **prototype ordering process** for release validation.
+ Act as the main point of contact for **customer communication** regarding testing.
+ Review test results, manage deviations, and ensure timely resolution of action items.
+ Establish and support **customer-specific testing procedures** .
+ Deliver clear and data-driven **release recommendations** .
**Qualifications**
**What We're Looking For:**
+ Strong background in **Automotive Systems Validation** .
+ Excellent organizational and communication skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
+ Advanced level of **English** (written and spoken).
+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (completed or in progress).
