Test Lead Simyo

As Test Lead, you are the authority on testing within the team. You are a technical expert for colleagues, but above all, you are the guardian of quality, stability, and optimal customer experience. You challenge developers to requirements, ensure UX, and automate regression tests so that new features only go live if everything is correct.

You function together with your team as the proverbial 'key in the door': releases only go to production after your approval. This way, you play a key role in ensuring a stable platform and perfect user experience for our customers.

In this role, you combine deep technical knowledge with coaching and leadership. You actively build on the test vision and elevate the team to a higher level.

• Developing and implementing the test vision within the DevOps team.

• As part of the IT leadership team; building on Simyo's IT strategy and its execution

• Coordinating and executing all testing activities within the Scrum process.
• Automating regression tests and developing the test landscape.
• Reviewing and challenging requirements together with development and business.
• Maintaining UX, performance, stability, and customer experience.
• Coaching and guiding test engineers in their professional development.
• Fulfilling as a quality gatekeeper towards production.
