We're currently looking for a skilled Excavator Operator to join our high-performing civil construction team. If you take pride in precision work, enjoy variety in your day, and are ready to make a real impact across a range of projects we want to hear from you!

As our Excavator Operator, you'll be front and centre in the action -operating machinery with confidence and taking the lead on essential site tasks. From trenching and drainage to earthworks and construction, your experience on the digger will help drive our projects forward.

• Operating excavators across a range of construction projects
• Using loaders, rollers, and other plant machinery as required
• Supporting project teams with general site duties
• Contributing to key regional developments
• Growing your capabilities with opportunities to step into leadership over time

• Proven experience operating excavators in civil construction
• Class 4 licence (preferred) with W, T, R endorsements
• (We're open to training the right candidates)
• Skills in drainage, roading, or general earthworks (desirable)
