Test Engineer (m/w/x) for Application Software

To strengthen our expert team at our customer from the Defense, Security, Space sector, we're looking for a Test Engineer (m/w/x) for application software in tactical deployment planning on a permanent basis at K-tronik. We're excited to get to know you personally and work together with enthusiasm and teamwork on exciting projects and future-oriented technologies.

Tasks:

• Create test specifications for the application software for tactical deployment planning - Identify typical user workflows and possible usage errors - Translate into a formal test case description - Systematic creation of test cases based on a test strategy, e.g., generation of boundary cases or test coverage

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE: Completed studies or training as an IT specialist with several years of professional experience - MUST HAVE: Several years of professional experience in testing application software - Extensive experience in methods for systematic testing of software at the user level - Ideally, knowledge in planning tactical communication networks - Background in User Experience Testing
