THE ROLE** ***Test Design Engineer*** As a Senior Test Engineer, you will contribute significantly to the definition and evolution of test strategies for our complex electronic systems. With our team, you will ensure that every verification activity meets the highest quality standards, coordinating development and testing activities and collaborating with various design and integration functions. **Specifically, you will be responsible for:** * Defining the test strategy for complex HW systems * Performing requirements analysis and defining testability criteria * Developing test automatisms in LabVIEW / TestStand * Supervising and coordinating activities assigned to suppliers and/or consultants * Defining the test bench design data package **✅ REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS** * Degree in Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering or related fields * Previous experience in similar test engineering contexts for companies in the defense and/or space sector is a preferential channel * Experimental precision * Data analysis and critical thinking * Management of complex instrumentation * Problem solving **⚖️ WHAT WE OFFER** * The employment type will be permanent (CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria and Impianti Installation) * Hybrid work model (remote working allowed up to 2 days per week) * Initial salary starting from €36,000 * Bonus linked to business results, welfare bonus, health insurance, Ticket Restaurant **Work Location**: **Rome** **Do you want to become part of the ELT Group team?
