This role will be responsible for developing product innovation opportunities and launching new product to the market. Responsibilities includes: Managing the product innovation including: Developing and implementing new product ideas, Conducting market research and analyzing customer feedback, Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products, Managing the product development process from concept to launch, Ensuring product quality and compliance with company standards. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3+ years of experience in product development or a related field, Strong understanding of market trends and customer needs, Excellent communication and collaboration skills, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
