Test automation specialist

We currently have a vacancy for a Test automation specialist fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in Belgium. The work will be carried out either in the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Design, prepare and monitor automated tests;
• Contribute to the development of a plan to integrate automated testing within the testing process;
• Evaluate tools and technology for automation best fit to the project within the DevSecOps approach;
• Create an approach and methodology for building a test automation architecture;
• Design and develop (new or modified) test automation solutions that meet the business needs;
• Enable the transition of testing from a manual to an automated approach;
• Create automated test reporting and metrics collection.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 13 years;
• Hands-on experience in the creation of test automation solutions;
• Experience in the test data management;
• Knowledge of test automation technologies, tools and techniques;
• Knowledge of Test Management and Defect Tracking tools;
• Knowledge of Angular & scripting;
• Knowledge of Java based products;
• Excellent command of the English language.
