Currently, at dmTECH, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Test Automation Engineer with AI and English - Application Lifecycle Management (B2B). Project: Within the dm group, we are IT experts in all matters related to test automation and management in the ERP area. We want to support our colleagues at dm in optimizing their processes through the use of new technologies, including artificial intelligence and machine learning. In our work, we leverage technological potential where classic ERP software has its limitations. We create the appropriate framework for this through our services utilizing relevant tools and knowledge. Tech Stack: SAP, Python, AI/ML tools, Cloud platforms Collaboration location: hybrid (Wrocław) or 100% remote collaboration. Collaboration type: B2B contract. Salary: 100-170 PLN/h + VAT on B2B. What will our collaboration entail? Designing, developing, and maintaining a test automation framework in Python/C#/Java. Creating and developing automated tests for web applications, APIs, and SAP and non-SAP environments. Implementing comprehensive end-to-end browser automation using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or similar. Designing, implementing, and developing automated tests for REST and SOAP services – including verification of data structures, contract compliance, authentication mechanisms, and error handling. Improving and optimizing QA processes using AI tools. Implementing innovations in test automation – exploring and implementing AI/ML-based solutions. Integrating AI capabilities with test automation processes. Testing and verifying functionalities delivered by the project team. Integrating test automation with DevOps processes to ensure the high quality of delivered solutions and accelerate their deployment. Required experience and qualifications: Fluent knowledge of Polish and English (both at a minimum C1 level). Education in the IT field, e.g., computer science, business informatics, or related. Practical experience in test automation using Python and/or C#. Documented experience working with UI automation tools, e.g., Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress. Knowledge and practical competencies in applying AI/ML in the testing process. Solid, practical knowledge of QA and test automation principles. Highly developed analytical thinking and the ability to solve problems independently. Initiative to actively shape IT processes. Practical experience working with AI-Coding and Agents. Additional assets will include: Commercial experience working with AI/ML tools (e.g., Claude Code, ChatGPT) – preferably supported by specific implementations or project achievements. Experience in analyzing business requirements in the context of test automation. Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Knowledge of German.
