Test Automation Engineer

Fusion Worldwide is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to join our Singapore team and help ensure the quality and reliability of our RMS platform. This role focuses on validating new features, verifying business workflows, identifying defects early, and working closely with developers, product owners, and business analysts to deliver high-quality software. Manual testing is the primary focus at onboarding — writing and executing test cases, verifying business workflows, and documenting defects. As the team grows, we will be looking for someone who can help us automate our testing efforts, using tools like Selenium WebDriver, Appium, or similar technologies. The ideal candidate should have experience in test automation frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or PyUnit, and be familiar with Agile development methodologies. In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
