Test Automation Engineer

Industry: Banking Start: 03/09/2026 Work model: Remote Contract: B2B Rate: up to 40 EUR/h Onboarding: 2-3 days in Hannover. Travel: Every 1-2 months to Germany. Stack: Playwright, TypeScript, JavaScript, LoadRunner, Python for AI prompting We are seeking 3 dedicated testers to join our team for test automation. The successful candidates will collaborate closely with business analysts, product owners, and developers, employing agile methodologies alongside a waterfall model approach to transition towards automated testing solutions. Responsibilities: Coordinate with team members to implement test automation strategies. Utilize various testing tools to perform load testing and automation. Create and manage business cases beyond user stories. Develop testing methodologies aligned with agile frameworks. Key Requirements: 3-5 years of experience as Test Automation Engineer and in very close cooperation with the business side, gathering and negotiating requirements. Experience with AI. Experience with test automation. Experience with load testing. Proven experience in creating business cases, not just user stories. Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban). Fluent German (C1+) is mandatory. Nice to Have: Familiarity with LoadRunner for performance testing. Knowledge of additional testing frameworks.
