Experience: Extensive (e.g., 8 years) background in quality engineering, including significant experience in a leadership or architectural role Quality Engineering Strategy: Expertise in defining the technical roadmap and governance for global testing infrastructures. Experience in selecting and scaling testing platforms (Cloud/Hybrid) to ensure high-volume execution, reliability, and broad environment coverage across the entire software development lifecycle Automation Expertise: Mastery in developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks using various tools and technologies, including but not limited to: Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integration with Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of software development life cycles, testing methodologies, and quality assurance principles. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Experience working in an international environment, preferably with experience in Poland or Eastern Europe. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
