Job description

As a Test Analyst, you will play a key role in managing software quality and reducing risk across the product lifecycle. You'll work on multiple SaaS projects, focusing on test planning, execution, and validation of new and existing features. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Project Manager, and senior engineers to deliver high-quality, user-centric software.


Minimum Qualifications:
•BSc in Computer Science / Information Technology
•OR relevant Testing or QA certifications
•OR 5+ years of demonstrable Test Analyst experience in relevant environments


Required Experience & Skills:


Industry Experience:
•Experience in a Travel Management Company (B2B or B2C)


Testing Skills:
•Full test cycle planning and execution
•Writing and managing test scenarios and test cases
•Exploratory testing and defect troubleshooting
•Applying Test Case Design Techniques:
o Boundary Value Analysis (BVA)
o Equivalence Class Partitioning (ECP)
o State Transitions
o Business Rules and Logic Tables


•Working with MVPs, MSSs, alternate scenarios, and workflow diagrams

•Documenting and explaining features (e.g., through videos)

•Following and writing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and complete assigned testing projects
•Review business and functional documentation
•Maintain a central business rules engine
•Perform functional, regression, UAT, and operational testing
•Design and execute regression test sets
•Clearly report test results, including failure logs and test summaries
•Define entry and exit criteria for all test cycles
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
•Interest in modern project methodologies (Agile, Kanban, etc.)
•Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
•Exposure to DevOps workflows and visual management tools
•Understanding of Agile values and principles
